Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping with various options based on the customer’s country. Shipping costs are listed along with the estimated delivery time. In case there are no exceptional circumstances during shipping, delivery often occurs before the estimated time. Please note that shipping costs do not include taxes in some countries.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product if it is defective or damaged. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Order cancellation is only possible before the product is shipped.
